Visual Studio 2019 Project File

I tried to open the following project with visual studio 2019. But I didn't.
Can you upload the project as a visual studio project if possible?

I know this is a really old issue, but I've just submitted pull request #112 that updates the csharp library and GUI sample to dotnet 6, which also supports VS 2019+.

Hopefully the devs are still paying attention to this repo.
