Supported networks (i2p, tor, cjdns, clearnet)

We currently support all of these, but its unclear how each much each gets used. It would be nice to validate which ones are being used, and deprecate the ones that aren't.

Looking at https://i2p.net/en/, it seems they are still cutting releases. CJDNS seems less active: https://github.com/cjdelisle/cjdns

Perhaps a good next step would be to run the node and collect metrics on how much usage we see on each? If we support a network, we should definitely be running on that network.

Looking at the results from a bnoc forum post
It leaves out cjdns, because it's hardly used "*a handful of cjdns entries in tried tables are not shown above - frank has 7, mike has 1, erin has 3, kane has 2."

I would say drop cjdns now, do research about the rest.
