Link to example settings outdated

The "Example settings" button in [this documentation](https://github.com/0xsequence/kit/blob/master/packages/checkout/README.md#configuration) to view the example is outdated. The repo no longer contains the path examples/react/src/utils/settings.ts, or it may have been moved.
