Bug description

Private notes in both local/delegated proving went missing. All missing notes are recorded on the explorer.
I couldnt recreate the issue, but it tend to appear If I use the wallet more frequently and doing a succeeding transfer, toggle on/off the private/public notes and delegated/local proving. Transactions were Wallet → Wallet, Extension Wallet → Mobile Wallet, Extension wallet → https://midenbrowserwallet.com/

What's interesting, though, is that I haven't encountered this NTL/private notes issue when transferring assets from https://midenbrowserwallet.com/ → Extension wallet. All assets from https://midenbrowserwallet.com/ were received to the extension wallet.
